Chibi Builds China'S Textile And Garment Factories
Chibi city plans to spend 5 years to develop the economic development zone and Pu Textile Industrial Park into China's textile and garment industrial city. As the dominant industry in Chibi, textile and clothing play an important role in the industrial economy. In order to promote Chibi's economic scientific development and leapfrog development, the municipal Party committee and the municipal government decided to concentrate energy and concentrate financial resources before 2015, and focus on supporting textile and clothing according to the development mode of "base, cluster and brand".

That is to encourage enterprises to introduce high-level professionals in large scale, multi-channel and cross fields, especially those who are proficient in international rules, and have high-level business talents, leading talents and innovative talents with a vision of the world.
The newly introduced full-time graduates and high-level professional management and technical personnel can enjoy the relevant treatment policies of the city's talent policy, and give a special subsidy to the municipal government for 1200 yuan a year.
Among them, those who make special contributions to the development of enterprises can enjoy more preferential policy treatment.
The city decided to strive for 5 years of efforts to cultivate 1 large textile enterprises with annual sales revenue of over 2 billion yuan, and 5 textile and garment enterprises with annual sales revenue exceeding 1 billion yuan, 20 enterprises with annual sales income of over 100 million yuan, and 200 or more enterprises above Designated Size, with an output value of more than 20 billion yuan.
Form a complete textile and garment industry cluster from spinning to clothing and home textile products, from the raw material pre-processing to the complete mechanical and electrical manufacturing industry cluster after product service, and relying on the two major industries, vigorously develop the modern logistics industry, and strive to make the garment enterprises more than 10000 people.
