The industry and commerce department carries out quality monitoring of 60 batches of thermal underwear and knitted underwear products produced by 60 enterprises in 10 provinces and municipalities directly under the jurisdiction of Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Guangdong, Hubei, Shandong, Liaoning, Fujian, Beijing, Tianjin and Shanghai in the circulation field.

The results showed that the identification of underwear components was prominent, of which 12 batches of fiber content indicators were not qualified, and 4 batches were not qualified for rubbing color fastness. Some of them had two or even three indicators, and 13 batches of underwear were judged to be unqualified products.

Based on the national standard of "cotton knitted underwear" GB/T8878-2009, the sampling inspection was carried out on bursting strength, fiber content, formaldehyde content, pH value, odor, decomposable aromatic amine dye, washing size change rate, color fastness to water, color fastness to soaping, color fastness to perspiration, color fastness to rubbing, surface defects, size tolerance, size difference, sewing requirements and so on.

In this product quality spot check, the fiber content index of fir Shan underwear was found to be unqualified after testing.

The famous brand and Olympic champion rely on the underwear of Shan Shan to become a good product in the minds of many consumers. However, this test report is a real surprise to consumers.

At the same time, the case of Shanshan also raised a question mark in people's minds: even the quality of famous brand products is just the same. What about the quality of those civilian brands?

Coincidentally, as the most intimate underwear for women, bra quality is also hard to guarantee.

According to the special inspection of women's underwear, according to the results of quality supervision and inspection of women's underwear products released by Shanghai Quality Supervision Bureau recently, 18 of the batches of underwear products which were almost covered by 62 underwear products of Shanghai's main production enterprises were disqualified, of which 40 batches of local products were in Shanghai, 12 batches were unqualified, 22 batches of products from other provinces and cities, 6 batches were not qualified.

It is understood that the inspection and inspection of underwear samples are based on GB18401-2003 national textile product basic safety technical specification, GB5296.4-1998 "consumer goods instructions for use of textiles and clothing", FZ/T73012-2008 "bra", FZ/ T73019.1-2004 "knitted body underwear elastic type", FZ/T73019.2-2004 "knitted underwear adjustment", FZ/T73011-2004 "knitting abdominal belt", GB/T8878-2009 "cotton knitted underwear" and other national standards and related standards.

Among the 62 batches of underwear tested, 39 batches were bra products, of which 10 samples did not meet the relevant national standards.

These samples are mainly due to the fact that the fiber content of the enterprise products is not true.

In the absence of brand effect and the fact that there are no strong funds to invite big stars, they can only win by price. Of course, there is no doubt that the core of winning will not be cheap but cheap. As for the question of wumi, the mercenary businessmen will not be able to manage so much.

Where do quality problems originate?

Because underwear can be subdivided into various categories, and the requirements for children's underwear and adult underwear are not the same. Therefore, the quality problems of underwear before us make the quality supervision departments have a headache.

We can carefully analyze the origin of underwear from the following aspects:

There were 50 batches of textiles in household clothing (including pajamas, underwear, etc.), and the passing rate of physical objects was 76%.

The main unqualified items of household clothing products are fiber content, pH value and so on.

There were 62 batches of children's clothing, and the pass rate of physical quality was 77.4%, which was 7.7% and 31.9% higher than that in 2010 and 2009 respectively. The main unqualified items were fiber content and pH value. No banned azo dyes and formaldehyde were found.

Spot checks in recent years show that although quality supervision has been strengthened by quality supervision departments, the quality of children's clothing has improved significantly in various cities across the country, but the overall quality level is still not high.

Kuang Shumei, manager of Beijing Dongxing Hui Bang commerce and Trade Co., Ltd., said in an interview: "in the previous cases, we can learn that the problem of bra's disqualification mainly appears in some bra's fiber content.

The indication of fiber content is the most direct way for an enterprise to convey product ingredients to consumers.

As a commitment and express warranty made by an enterprise to consumers, it must be marked with fiber content.

In some spot checks, it has been found that some of the fiber content of the products of the enterprises is inconsistent with the fact.

When consumers buy underwear, most of them are more concerned about product quality. Fiber content does not match the fact that they will not only mislead consumers, but also affect their wearing feelings.

In addition, there are many problems with the removal of the name and the fact that a lot of bras appear to be in excess of the pH value in different degrees. Once the pH value exceeds the standard, it may cause some skin allergies and other diseases, and may even cause cancer.

Facing these problems, we can not help feeling that the problem underwear is fiercer than the tiger.

The new policy is to overcome the need for redress.

There is no special guide manual for export quality and safety problems of underwear products, which can not help enterprises understand foreign quality, environmental standards and testing procedures. The Ministry of Commerce's foreign trade department and the China Textile Import and Export Chamber of Commerce have jointly formulated the "guide for export quality and safety of underwear products", so that enterprises can have a thorough understanding of the laws, standards, conformity assessment procedures and consumer warnings in the world's major importing countries and regions, give full play to the guiding and early warning functions, and reduce the adverse effects of foreign technical barriers on our overall textile and clothing exports, at the same time, help enterprises to improve their understanding, improve their own production quality management status, and establish advanced enterprise quality management system, thereby promoting the production technology level, comprehensive competitiveness and social responsibility consciousness of enterprises.

The main contents of this manual include: the production and export situation of underwear products in China; the quality and safety of underwear products, and the dynamic situation of consumers' warnings in major markets; the standards for testing underwear and related textile materials, the quality standards of ecological textiles and the standards of enterprise management system in China; the relevant technical regulations, standards, testing procedures of major importing countries and regions, relevant suggestions and industry measures.
