In order to effectively control the risk of outbreaks of outbreaks, maintain the order of prevention and control of epidemic situation and the order of production and life, and ensure the safety and health of the public, the announcement on prevention and control of epidemic situation in overseas areas is as follows:

1. Overseas visitors, whether Chinese citizens or foreign nationals, who enter directly from other cities or from other cities in the country, will report to the Shaoxing municipal government hotline (0575 - 12345) for their names, information on flight (ship), arrival location (airport, port, port), arrival time and contact time within 24 hours before departure from abroad.

If foreign direct report is inconvenient, it may also entrust relatives, friends and employers in the country to report relevant information to the Shaoxing municipal government hotline (0575 - 12345). In case of failure to start on schedule, the change information should be informed in time.

Two, from the Shanghai Pudong International Airport, the entry and return personnel will be transferred to the Jiaxing Yun Yun transfer service station by the Shanghai working group, and then sent by the city command to send them back. The entry from the Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport will be directly returned by the city command, and the entry and return from other ports must be completed. Within 1 hours after reaching Shaoxing, report relevant personal information to the unit or community. After receiving the report, the unit or community should report to the city command immediately.

Three, the foreign-related units in the city must timely perform the main responsibility for the prevention and control of epidemic diseases, such as temperature detection, information registration report, health management, etc.

Four, hotels and restaurants should conscientiously fulfill their duty of registration and management of overseas entry and return, submit timely registration information to local public security organs in accordance with law, and do well in the related management services such as body temperature monitoring, health inquiries, etc.

Five, overseas personnel who enter or return to Hong Kong should faithfully fulfill their information reporting responsibilities, such as health declaration, travel history filling, etc. Anyone suspected of deliberately concealing the history of contact with infectious diseases, deliberately concealing the history of serious national (regional) travel history, concealing illness, failing to report health status, refusing to accept medical tests and territorial prevention and control measures, and other acts of disturbing the epidemic prevention and control of normal order, shall be investigated for legal responsibility in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

Six, the authorities, enterprises and institutions and the neighborhoods and communities (villages) that cause serious consequences to those who do not report or intentionally concealment overseas personnel or do not fulfil their responsibilities will be prosecuted accordingly.
